Classes & Purpose
My classes are designed to be fun and challenging, while also being accessible to all levels of practitioners. I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students. ๐
I specialize in teaching yoga. ๐ Currently, you can find me at Crunch Fitness in Fountain City, Pour Taproom in the Old City and occasionally at Yoga Six in Bearden.
Each location has their own rules for booking, most places have options for drop-in visits or a free trials.

Yoga offers a 2-5min meditation at the end of every session. This helps to calm your anxieties and work on your ability to stay present.

Breath to movement is a technique that helps to connect the breath with the movement. This helps to create a flow and rhythm in the practice. It also helps to increase the intensity of the practice.
By deepening our exhale breaths we specifically ask our focus to return to our physical body and this will help you move through each posture with intention.
